Mountainsoft LLC operates Simple Feature Board and is responsible for this policy. Privacy and security questions may be sent to ask@mountainsoftllc.com.
Information we process
We process customer account details, submitted feedback, votes, screenshots, billing status, and limited diagnostic context that requesters can review and remove before sending.
What the widget does not collect
The widget does not collect page contents, cookies, access tokens, form values, or arbitrary local-storage values.
How information is used and shared
We use information to provide, secure, support, and bill for the service. Cloudflare hosts the application and stored data, GitHub provides account sign-in, and Stripe processes payments. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Project owners moderate feedback. Customers may delete requests and screenshots subject to short operational backup and abuse-prevention periods. The MVP does not collect requester email addresses or send requester notification emails.
